About the Event
This workshop will explore current practices to shooting intimate action and considerations for those producing, writing, directing and managing. It will cover practices at all stages of production:
- Pre production
- Shooting
- Post shoot
This introductory online course is aimed at directors, producers and production managers, and is suitable for anyone looking to manage a rehearsal space. No matter the size of your production budget, this workshop will provide you with best practices for scenes involving physical intimacy and allow you to open up a safe space for creative exploration.

Tutor:
Yarit Dor is an IDC Certified Intimacy Coordinator and co-director of Moving Body Arts. She was the chair of the Bectu Intimacy Coordinators Branch’s first committee and contributor to the latest Bectu Shooting Intimacy Guidance and Directors UK’s Directing Nudity & Simulated Sex Guidelines. Her credits include: Glass Onion Knives Out, The Wheel of Time, Cheaters, Shadow & Bone, Becoming Elizabeth, SAS Rogue Heroes, The Sandman, Mood, Atlanta 3, Mood and Starstruck amongst others. She currently teaches intimacy coordination related workshops for LFS, NFTS and ScreenSkills as well as teaches intimacy practice to actors in Guildhall School of Music & Drama and Arts Ed.
