Anatomy Fundamentals For Intimacy & Stage Combat Professionals

The more we know about our body the better we can instruct others how to move theirs. 

We invite you to join us in this experimental anatomy study day where through discussions, exercises and movement we will journey through the body. 

The workshop aims to explore the fundamental skeletal, muscular and fascia systems.   

Aimed At: 

Open to intimacy professionals and stage combat teachers/ advanced actor combatants. 

Attendance required, this workshop is in-person. 

Tutor: 

Yarit Dor (MA, PGDip, PGCLTHE)

Is a Co-Director and Lead Trainer of Moving Body Arts. She is an IDC Certified Intimacy Professional, BASSC Certified Stage Combat Teacher, Classical Pilates Teacher, Garuda Instructor and currently studying somatics and herbalism. As a movement tutor, Yarit taught anatomy & movement subjects to actors at Rose Bruford, Italia Conti and Arts University Bournmouth. In addition, she has taught Classical Pilates and rehabilitation Pilates for more than 10 years working in top Classical Pilates studios across London and at Triyoga Camden Town.
