About the Event

When individuals are working on sensitive or challenging scenes (such as intimacy or scenes exploring trauma) they invest personally and emotionally in the role. This can place pressure on their emotional resilience and make it difficult to remain in control and not feel overwhelmed.  This discussion will look at where mental health comes from and factors that may impact an individuals emotional resilience in such scenes. We will look at the trauma responses that may be encountered midst difficult scenes and also help individuals understand the psychological impact of Covid -19.
